Biometrics just got easier!

The Datacard® Integrated Fingerprint Reader package offers seamless integration with ID Works® Enterprise identification software for the purpose of enrolling and verifying biometric templates. When used with ID Works Enterprise software, you can collect fingerprint templates and then verify those templates against a live person. Because a fingerprint template is a mathematical representation stored as binary data, it requires less storage space than a viewable image.

The Integrated Fingerprint Reader package is:

  • Simple to setup - configure hardware and software quickly

  • Easy to use - automatically display the reader as a binary field source and begin capturing templates

  • Flexible - enroll one or multiple fingers

  • Immediately usable -  enroll and verify a biometric template without any additional programming
